Once your order is placed you will receive an email with processing information and then the tracking number later that evening. 

Please note: Ultra Winch makes every effort to ensure delivery consistency by digitally booking orders with an automatic process that directly utilises your entered address. We will check the validity of the address to ensure a smooth delivery and may contact you in the case of a mistyped address. However, we cannot be held responsible for incorrectly typed addresses.

We strictly only utilise the best; TNT Road Express, Startrack Express, and in some cases Australia Post Express for certain items or areas.
In the case of remote, rural areas we may look for an alternative provider if it is faster. 
Each order is checked, analysed and the better, faster courier for your area is chosen based on our experience. 

We ship worldwide! All orders within Australia receive Free shipping. For international orders, shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on country. Any applicable taxes and import charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

We see Express deliveries within two business days to most metro areas and 2-5 days for rural areas. For Standard service, we see delivery within 7 business days.

How do I exchange/return my order? (30 Day Easy Exchanges)
