HOW LONG IS ORDER PROCESSING?

We value your time and have a passionate team fuelled with Melbournes best roast starting early each day to provide same day despatch on orders before 2PM! 
Once your order is placed you will receive an email with processing information and then the tracking number later that evening. 
Please note: Ultra Winch makes every effort to ensure delivery consistency by digitally booking orders with an automatic process that directly utilises your entered address. We will check the validity of the address to ensure a smooth delivery and may contact you in the case of a mistyped address. However, we cannot be held responsible for incorrectly typed addresses.

Which Couriers?

We strictly only utilise the best; TNT Road Express Courier and Startrack Express.
In the case of remote, rural areas we may look for an alternative provider if it is faster. 
Each order is checked, analysed and the better, faster courier for your area is chosen based on our experience. 

Where do we ship?

We ship worldwide! All orders over $200 AUD within Australia receive same shipping. For international countries we cover postage costs excluding any import duties and taxes.

How long is delivery?

Utilising express services only, we see deliveries within two business days to most metro areas and 3-4 days for rural areas. 
How do I exchange/return my order? (30 Day Easy Exchanges)
Easy! Just email us at sales@ultrawinch.com.au with your order number and items that you would like to return and we will take care of the rest.
